Mateus Tessler is a lawyer, graduated from Mackenzie University, and specialized in finance from INSPER. He is managing partner of the Special Situations and Distressed funds at Jive Investments, where he has been working for the latest 11 years and managed all strategy areas (NPL, Legal Claims, RE, private credit, among others). He was the asset manager of private and public equity funds at DLM Invista (currently Inter Asset), and also worked for Invest Tech and Deloitte as a mergers and acquisitions consultant. He is currently the chairman of the Board of Directors of Enauta Participações S.A.

Ana Marta Veloso holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a master’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, she is member of the board of directors and member of the compensation committee of Pontal Energia, of Vinci Partners, where she also coordinates the Audit Committee and a board member of Oceânica and Profarma. Previously, she was CEO and Investor Relations Officer at Light, independent member of the board of directors of Enel SP, a consultant for GP Investments and Credit Suisse Energy Infra Partners, a statutory officer of Equatorial and also director of Banco BTG Pactual.

José Manuel Matos Nicolau holds a degree in Administration and Accounting from UERJ. He worked in auditing services for 35 years at KPMG, where he was a partner. He is currently a partner at Matos & De Luca Consultoria Empresarial, member of the audit committee at XS3 Seguros and coordinator of the risk committee at Icatu Seguros.

Sérgio Sayeg holds a degree in business and a postgraduate degree in capital markets from University of São Paulo. Professor of MBA, postgraduate and executive education courses at Insper, FIA Business School, Ibmec and financial and capital market entities. Qualified with Certifications by Experience for Board Member, Fiscal Advisor and Audit Committee by IBGC and, previously, CNPI – National Certification of Investment Professional by APIMEC and CPA 20 by ANBIMA. Since 1976, he has been an executive and director at Unibanco, Banco London Multiplic, Banco Safra, Seller DTVM, Banco Fibra, Dresdner Asset Management, BOVESPA, SABESP and FIRB-Financial Investor Relations. He is currently an independent advisor to Oliveira Trust, fiscal advisor to EcoRodovias and Copasa MG and member of the audit committee of Grupo Educacional Multivix. He served as a board member for INVEPAR and Lojas Salfer, on the audit committees of São Paulo Turismo, CET SP and Banco General Motors and as a tax advisor for Enauta, CSU Digital, Linx, Eldorado Brasil Celulose, Cia. Providência, Marfrig and CR Almeida. Member of the Audit Committee Institute of KPMG, the EY Board Members Program and IBGC committees, and board member and vice-president of the International Commission of IBRI – Brazilian Investor Relations Institute.

Fábio Pinheiro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília, with an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. Currently, he is an independent member of the board of directors of Lojas Renner, where he is also coordinator of the audit and risk management committee, of Banco Pan, where he is chairman of audit committee, of Clear Sale, where he is also chairman of the audit committee, and of Espaçoolaser, where he is also coordinator of the audit committee. He was an independent member and served as chairman of the board of directors of ItsSeg Seguros Inteligentes and of BNDES, where he was also the audit committee coordinator, and of Companhia Paulista de Securitização and was also chairman of the boards of Diletto Group and Eneva. Previously, he was an executive, partner and managing director of Banco Pactual.

Luiz Costamilan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a master degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (USA).  Currently, he is an independent consultant in energy, oil and natural gas. He was president of British Gas in Brazil and the Southern Cone for 10 years, held multiple senior positions on exploration and production and new ventures at Petrobras and was Executive Director of E&P and Executive Vice President of Petrobras Internacional, as well as had sit on the boards of directors of various companies in Brazil and abroad. More recently, from 2017 to 2021, he was Executive Director of Natural Gas at IBP.

Ricardo de Queiroz Galvão holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Veiga de Almeida Educational Association, is graduated in the Business School of Florida International University and specialized in management at Broadway and Pfister. He is currently the President Queiroz Galvão S.A. and sits on the board of several of this group companies.

Antônio Augusto de Queiroz Galvão holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco and is specialized in oil and gas sector at the University of Texas, at the University of Louisiana, NL Industries among others. He was the chairman of Enauta Board of Directors and was director at Constellation for more than 20 years.
